Leadership Lab is our premium summer program for kids who want to lead with purpose.
Leadership Lab is an intensive KidPitch experience where kids identify a real problem in their community and design a solution from idea to showcase.
Participants build leadership skills such as empathy, communication, collaboration, and confidence while also developing practical business skills including planning, branding, budgeting, and presenting their ideas clearly. Kids may work together on a shared solution or take on skill-based roles like marketing, design, research, or content creation.
The program includes structured workbooks, hands-on creation with basic art supplies, and a supportive Mock Marketplace showcase. Our marketplace uses pretend money so kids can practice presenting their ideas in a fun, low-pressure environment.

More than just completing a project, kids learn how ideas move from vision to action and how leadership and entrepreneurship work together to create real impact.
Leadership Lab participants may be invited to return as student leaders in future KidPitch programs, putting their leadership skills into action while mentoring and supporting other campers.

Frequently Asked Questions
What age is camp for?
Kids ages 8-13. Camp curriculm is designed for kids in 4th-7th grade.
If your child is above or below this age, but you feel like it's a good fit, it probably is. Just contact us and we will discuss.
What is the staff to child ratio?
1 camp leader and 1 assistant per 10 children.
Each staff leader is an adult who has experieince working with children. Staff assistants may be teens or young adults who have been trained and work to assist the lead.
What will they be doing?
Planning, building, and learning through play.
Throughout the program, your child will:
• Develop and refine a business idea
• Build a simple brand and plan
• Create real business assets
• Learn foundational pricing and profit skills
• Strengthen leadership and collaboration
• Launch their idea in our mock marketplace
