A high-energy camp where kids build confidence, communication, and real-world skills through games, teamwork, movement, and hands-on business projects. Campers create a business idea, build a brand, develop a prototype or service, and launch it in a fun mock Marketplace.

Whether your child is an athlete, a creator, a builder, or just a kid with big ideas, Leadership Lab gives them the tools and confidence to bring those ideas to life.

After payment, you will receive an email with registration information.

Lead with ideas. Build with purpose.

Great leaders are not born knowing what to do. They practice. They make decisions, learn from mistakes, collaborate with others, and keep going when things get hard. Those are exactly the skills kids build at Leadership Lab — while also having a lot of fun.

Kids develop a real business idea and learn how entrepreneurship, leadership, and everyday life skills connect. The pace is active and hands-on, designed for kids who learn best by doing.

Examples include but are not limited to: product-based businesses, service businesses, creative brands, skill-based businesses, sports training businesses, or any idea your child is excited about.

What Kids Will Do

  • Choose or refine a business idea using guided workbooks
  • Create a simple business plan and brand
  • Practice leadership skills through games, challenges, and movement-based activities
  • Learn pricing and profit basics
  • Earn badges and practice pitching in our Mock Marketplace using pretend money (PitchBucks)
  • Build confidence, collaborate, and make friends

The skills kids build here go way beyond business. Communication, confidence, problem solving, and resilience are tools they will use in sports, school, friendships, and everything else life throws at them.

A healthy snack is provided. Water bottles and extra snacks are welcome. We supply basic arts and craft materials and a business-building kit. Kids are welcome to bring additional prototypes or materials from home if they would like to.
